Faithful funds help museum prepare for the end

Date

Jason Koutsoukis, Jerusalem

""YEHUDA Glick is a 44-year-old US-born Jew who spends the greater part of every day preparing for the arrival of the Messiah in Jerusalem.
Since becoming executive director of the Temple Institute, Mr Glick's main task has been to supervise the manufacture of the utensils needed by the high priests when the day arrives.
Crowns and other instruments made of solid gold fill glass cases in the Temple Institute Museum in Jerusalem's Old City. There are trumpets made of silver and garments to be worn by the high priest woven from golden thread. Handmade harps and lyres lie ready for the Messiah's appearance.
So, when can we expect this momentous event?""

""''That is a very good question,'' Mr Glick told The Age this week.
''All that we know is that we are now living in the age of miracles, and all of those miracles are predicted in the Book as happening on the eve of the end of days,'' he said. ''It could well be tomorrow, but it might be another 100 years, or even 400 years.''""

"""Today, the site is dominated by the al-Aqsa Mosque and the golden-topped Dome of the Rock. The Old City is in East Jerusalem, territory occupied by Israel in June 1967 and subsequently annexed by the state, a move that has never been legally recognised by the international community.
''Al-Aqsa can stay,'' says Mr Glick. ''It's not even on the Temple Mount proper. But we intend to just build over the Dome of the Rock. We might be able to find a way to include it in the third temple.''  (((Interesting, sign of Ecumenism.)))
Since its foundation, the Temple Institute has become a fixture for Americans on evangelical tours of Israel. Thanks largely to their donations, the Temple Institute has so far spent $US27 million ($A29 million) on preparations.
''We started with $US100,'' says Mr Glick. ''There are 70 million evangelical Christians around the world, and most of them have become Israel's strongest supporters.''
Mr Glick is interrupted by the arrival of another US tour group. Among them is Johnnie Butler, a retiree from Missouri on his first visit to the Holy Land.
''I would be willing to die for Israel,'' Mr Butler told The Age. ''Ever since I was saved by Jesus, I have been praying for the return of the Jewish people to their ancient homeland.'"""

I've quoted this statement from a man I knew, again and again and it makes sense.  "Catholics are Jews who go all the way!"   And I would add, that anyone who is in 'church' particularly 501C3 churches that follow all the rules of Sunday worship, one pastor, tithing and all the rest, are just daughters of their 'Mother', the Catholic church.

Folks, if you are visiting Testify and you do not understand the above statements, let me tell you emphatically that you have been deceived!    There is NO POWER in these churches.  There is a ton of sensuality (appeasing to the 'senses'), there is emotionalism.  Open your eyes and ears!

Have you ever noticed how a lot of the 'Christian songs' sound like the women are climaxing?

Have you ever noticed in a lot of the 'Christian songs',  the lyrics are always 'You", not Lord or even Jesus or Yahshua?  Who is the 'You' they keep referring to?

There are many well meaning songs, but they amount to psychology lessons.  Same with a lot of the sermons.  Joel Osteens "Your Best Life Now" is the kind of stuff modern preachers are pumping out and everyone is finding themselves in a Twelve Step program instead of becoming truly free in Christ Yahshua!  Deliverance is NOW through REPENTANCE.

Where is the power?

Ecumenism touches everyone because of the one thing people have in common-humanity.  And the break down of the word ecumental means 'habitation'.  Ecumenism deals with what is human to all of us: are families, jobs, 'worship life', discovering self and how we all function together as a society, (in this world).  (Remember Yahshua said, "My kingdom is NOT of this world.")

Look at it this way:  When someone dies, all their loved ones come to the funeral.  It doesn't matter at that point whether someone is Jew or Christian, atheist, gay, married, broke or rich.  They all have that "one" thing in common.

Everyone in their own 'minds eye' wants 'world peace'  (how they go about attaining it is varied from person to person).  And they want to accomplish it through their own doing.  But this is contrary to the Word of Yahwey.

Isaiah 1 (Select verses from chapter 1)

3The ox knoweth his owner, and the ass his master's crib: but Israel doth not know, My people doth not consider.
4Ah sinful nation, a people laden with iniquity, a seed of evildoers, children that are corrupters: they have forsaken the LORD, they have provoked the Holy One of Israel unto anger, they are gone away backward.
5Why should ye be stricken any more? ye will revolt more and more: the whole head is sick, and the whole heart faint.
6From the sole of the foot even unto the head there is no soundness in it; but wounds, and bruises, and putrifying sores: they have not been closed, neither bound up, neither mollified with ointment.
7Your country is desolate, your cities are burned with fire: your land, strangers devour it in your presence, andit is desolate, as overthrown by strangers.
8And the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.
9Except the LORD of hosts had left unto us a very small remnant, we should have been as Sodom, and we should have been like unto Gomorrah.
Meaningless Offerings
10Hear the word of the LORD, ye rulers of Sodom; give ear unto the law of our God, ye people of Gomorrah.
11To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices unto me? saith the LORD: I am full of the burnt offerings of rams, and the fat of fed beasts; and I delight not in the blood of bullocks, or of lambs, or of he goats.
12When ye come to appear before me, who hath required this at your hand, to tread my courts?
13Bring no more vain oblations; incense is an abomination unto me; the new moons and sabbaths, the calling of assemblies, I cannot away with; it is iniquity, even the solemn meeting.
14Your new moons and your appointed feasts My soul hateth: they are a trouble unto Me; I am weary to bear them.
15And when ye spread forth your hands, I will hide mine eyes from you: yea, when ye make many prayers, I will not hear: your hands are full of blood.
16Wash you, make you clean; put away the evil of your doings from before Mine eyes; cease to do evil;
17Learn to do well; seek judgment, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow.
18Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool.
19If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
20But if ye refuse and rebel, ye shall be devoured with the sword: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.

Today's Christianity presents salvation as a ticket to ride! (Especially in America, but it is spreading world wide).  "Walk the isle, say a prayer, 'go to church', pay your tithe! Be a good girl/boy (be the best you, that you can be! says Joel and Joyce and Pat Robertson and their ilk).

In today's Christianity we don't look at the whole context.

John 8
Jesus Delivers the Adulterous Woman
1Jesus went unto the mount of Olives. 2And early in the morning he came again into the temple, and all the people came unto him; and he sat down, and taught them. 3And the scribes and Pharisees brought unto him a woman taken in adultery; and when they had set her in the midst, 4They say unto him, Master, this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. 5Now Moses in the law commanded us, that such should be stoned: but what sayest thou? 6This they said, tempting him, that they might have to accuse him. But Jesus stooped down, and with his finger wrote on the ground, as though he heard them not7So when they continued asking him, he lifted up himself, and said unto them, He that is without sin among you, let him first cast a stone at her. 8And again he stooped down, and wrote on the ground. 9And they which heard it, being convicted bytheir own conscience, went out one by one, beginning at the eldest, even unto the last: and Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst. 10When Jesus had lifted up himself, and saw none but the woman, he said unto her, Woman, where are those thine accusers? hath no man condemned thee? 11She said, No man, Lord. And Jesus said unto her, Neither do I condemn thee: go, and sin no more.

HE says, 'Neither do I condemn thee:"   BUT! (or even better DONT) go and sin no more!  What would have happened to the woman if she had gone and sinned some more?

Hebrews 10 26For if we sin willfully after that we have received the knowledge of the truth, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sins, 27But a certain fearful looking for of judgment and fiery indignation, which shall devour the adversaries.

There is too much permission for sin in 'Christianity' today.  The ecumenism that abounds in 'Christianity' is that we are all guilty of sin so we should just accept it.  But is that what the disciples preached we should do?

Jude 21Keep yourselves in the love of God, looking for the mercy of our Lord Jesus Christ unto eternal life. 22And of some have compassion, making a difference: 23And others save with fear, pulling them out of the fire; hating even the garment spotted by the flesh.

We should hate sin in others (not the person, but the sin and expose it for what it is!) and we should hate the sin that is in ourselves.  When we compromise for the flesh, we are headed down the path of death!  Com means with.  Pro means for.  Mise means death.  Compromise--With For Death!

And because this is the state of the present day, we do not see overwhelming grief over sins.  Show me a 'church' where the people gathered and were so broken over sins that there was great mourning and crying out for mercy.   Show me a youtube video where the watchman couldn't hold back the tears because of what the FATHER was showing him/her because of the lack of sensitivity to the Holy Spirit.  Show me a watchman who is not making bank off of his/her 'products'!

Years ago every church building I went into was party central.  I mean, yes, we should be celebrating the great salvation of our King Yahshua, but most do not understand why they are celebrating.

Celebrate GOD because He's GOD and you 'better' sing and praise Him?   Celebrate because its so much more fun to have a party instead of the old fogy ways of church?  Or rather, praise the FATHER because you realized that you were a sinner.  That you hated your heavenly FATHER.  And that all your actions and words were against Him and His kingdom.  And that there was nothing and still nothing you can do to 'earn your way' to heaven or 'earn His love'.  Celebrate because you are completely abased (dread, fear, lowly), because of the willful actions of your flesh and that by it you have offended FATHER Yahwey and yet because of His great love for you, He calls you His child?

Where is the fear of the LORD?  Where is the grieving over sin?

We don't need more 'greater Christian unity or cooperation' (ecumenism) we need greater

REPENTANCE!  (turning from sin, not accepting it and coddling it)

And because this is not happening, this is why we are in the last of the last days.  The leaven of the Pharisees is almost thoroughly mixed through the whole lump and the True Remnant can feel the squeeze so bad that we cry out continually, "Come quickly King Yahshua!"

Acts 7:43 Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon.

I am no Biblical scholar.  I've always wondered what "and I will carry you away beyond Babylon" meant.

If Babylon is really wicked, what is beyond it?  Hell?

Yes Deirdre, Babylon is the stop over before eternal hell.

Separating from these false systems will restore appetite for the Word and Truth as it was intended.

    1. Who is the 'he' in me? Just too ambiguous, especially when YAHWEY makes Himself clear.

Yes, the call to come out of her, is the start.

  2. There is something of importance to take notice of within the vocabulary of many evangelicals, Messianics, Hebrew roots folks... They always refer the the second coming of Christ as 'the coming of the Messiah, or the return of Messiah'

The implication that Messiah is returning is unscriptural.... Messiah is not coming again.. Jesus, "the King of Kings" is coming not as Messiah, that is already 'accomplished and fulfilled' in accord with the Prophets.. There was only One Messianic ministry with the Cross at Its centre.
Without the Cross there is no Messianic Ministry.. Now; the Cross is past tense and is only realised presently By Faith in the believer.. There is nothing beyond that but Judgment. Acts10:42
Just because the Jews still await their Messiah it does not mean that He is coming as such for them.. (MESSIAH HAS COME)
There is that much sucking up to Israel and the Jewish People that These so called Christians are accepting the Lie That Messiah is coming again for a second round of Grace... Apostle Paul tells us That "The Grace of God of God has appeared bringing salvation to all men"Titus2:11
It is not the Messiah that is returning But it is the avenging Lamb of God in wrath to deal out retribution to all who obey not the Gospel 2Thes1:7-10
