I have found along the road of life, that there have been times I have fallen short. Sometimes, I have fallen in the pit. The only way out I have found, is to confess, tell the truth and ask forgiveness-of FATHER first and then if there might have been another person involved-asking their forgiveness.
I have also found that 'christians' tend to be arrogant and not filled with compassion and understanding when a sin occurs. Aren't we supposed to restore one another instead of crushing one another?
This way of handling each other in the body makes christianity very undesirable. No, this is not a crisis of faith statement, it is a 'we need to examine ourselves and see if we are really walking in love.'
FATHER is more than able to judge each of HIS children's hearts. If we think our verbal spanking or shunning is better or a needed addition to what FATHER doles out, we don't understand love at all.
