Today I would like to address those who are searching for truth and understanding.
Quite simply, GOD made the world and everything in it. (Genesis 1:1) At present the whole world lies under the power of the evil one (satan) (1 John 5:19). However, you can be free in JESUS, through the power of HIS Holy Spirit living in you! (Galatians 5:13). GOD's will for HIS creation to be set free, will be accomplished, in time, as HE gives time, patiently to those who will turn from their sin and surrender their life to HIM. (2 Peter 3:15)
GOD tell us not to love the world or anything in it. Meaning we are not to have such a strong relationship with this present world, because its present order of things, is passing away. (1 John 2:15, 2 Peter 3:13)
While we are in the world, we are to love people and exercise the fruits of the Holy Spirit. (John 13:34)
GOD can be found when you seek after HIM. (Proverbs 25:2)
We are free in Christ JESUS, to live a life of love and forgiveness. We are not free to take advantage of HIS love and freedom for our own selfish desires or motives. (Romans 6:1)
Though there are many wonderful and beautiful things in and of the world (and the whole universe for that matter), there is enough evidence to show all of us that the creation at this time is fallen (wicked) and will not change. Thus it is very important that we pray, "Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven" and "Come quickly Lord JESUS."
We should desire that the Lord JESUS return and set all things straight. For the government shall be upon HIS shoulders and HE will be called Wonderful Counselor, Prince of Peace. (Isaiah 9:6)
There is a government coming that promises to bring peace and unification among all peoples. This is the spirit of Anti-Christ. It will seem like Christ-peaceful, loving, all getting along and accepting each other. However this government will be fierce and there will be no escaping its grip. (Daniel 8:23)
Whomever does not 'bow' to the coming governmental system will be put to death. (Revelation 13:17)
JESUS said, "It is the spirit that quickeneth; the flesh profiteth nothing: the words that I speak unto you, they are spirit, and they are life." John 6:63
Look at all the movie stars of yesterday. Their lives seemed to be filled with fun and romance, success and dreams come true. However, they are all dead now. Farrah Faucet was a beautiful young woman at one point, but like all, she aged. And she became ill. And the falleness of the world took her life. Her flesh amounted to nothing! Hopefully she gave her life to Christ JESUS and will be with HIM throughout eternity and with the new heavens and new earth!
It is the Holy Spirit through GOD and JESUS that gives true life. The truth is JESUS. The truth is that we are fallen. Our flesh/bodies and the world we live in is messed up. But, GOD does not want us to stay in this state of being forever. It is a good thing we do not live in our bodies forever. Forever sinning. Forever, never getting it quite right. Forever remembering hurt and tragic events.
GOD sent HIS SON to set you free! At the point of JESUS's death and resurrection, salvation started. And salvation continues. And at some point in time, salvation will be completed.
GOD loves you and wants you to be in a personal relationship with HIM. You do not have to go to church or do anything special to earn HIS love. There is nothing so terrible that you could do that HE would 'not' love you.
HIS love for you is conditional to the point that you believe that HE Is and that HE sent HIS Son to pay for your sins and to set you free.
Do you ever feel that there just has to be more? Are you ever curious if there is GOD and if HE truly does love you? All you have to do is ask. Seek and you will find. Ask and you will be answered.
GOD loves you. HE is real. There is a plan. It is not HIS will that all this suffering continue forever. If you are alive, perhaps it is because GOD wants you to know HIM now! Don't wait...
