Balance and Surrender

By now many Americans are in a flurry over the new gun bans being voted on this week.  I am sure there is much talk for and against.

In our walk with the LORD, there is balance and there is surrender.  There is a time to use the things of this world and a time to surrender them.  It is for each individual child of GOD to know when.

It is essential that you build a personal relationship with JESUS/YAHSHUA so that you know what HE wants you to do  and when.

YAHWEY has used a very disarmed Church in other parts of the world to bring people to HIM.  And these individuals have suffered much persecution.

YAHWEY is our strength.  No weapon formed against you can prevail, if it is the LORD's will.

But I will ask you this:  If you've ever been sick, have you taken an antibiotic?  If you simply could not heal your body with herbs or probiotics, have you surrendered to take an antibiotic? Sure you have!

What about a necessary surgery?  Broken bones?  Severe wounds?  Do you wear glasses, or have a cochlear implant? How about a prosthesis? 

Do you have car insurance?  Home insurance?  Medical insurance?  Life insurance?  Do you have a savings account?  Why?

Do you have a home? Do you shelter yourself and your family against the elements or do you simply trust GOD to not let it rain on you?

YAHWEY calls us to trust HIM in various ways all the time.  There have been times I've been very sick or in severe physical pain and have had to endure because nothing would help.  I had to lean heavily on YAHWEY to give me grace to carry on. 

Not long ago I shared with readers that I had to have my gallbladder removed.  It was very diseased.  I had tried for years to heal it, prayed over it, did all kinds of home remedies, avoided certain foods.  One evening while talking with a sister, I sensed the Holy Spirit telling me that I would have yet another attack and that it would be for a test.  I really did not want to go through that.  It was extremely painful!  Very quickly the LORD opened the doors for me to meet a surgeon and have it removed.  I HATE hospitals!  And for me this was a test to see if I would trust the LORD under the most uncomfortable of circumstances (for me).  The surgery went well, although my doctor told me, had I not had that removed I would have had even more severe issues in the near future.  The recovery was hell on earth.  It should not have been.  When I was home again, I sensed the FATHER telling me, to NOT take any pain medication.  I prayed on this much, as I desired to obey the LORD even if I didn't fully understand the whys.

My healing took three weeks! Very unusual for a simple laporoscopy.  However during that time I saw many things come into play.  1. I was humbled.  2. My husband and children served me, when I was unable to help.  3. A neighbor served me by driving me to an appointment.  4. I heard the LORD through much pain and prayer on several issues.  5. I learned to endure pain. (Not easy)

Indeed the LORD will use many painful circumstances in the coming days to wield a perfect arrow of a son/daughter, but each circumstance and situation will be different and unique for each child.  HE knows best!

Each of you need to pray diligently and seek FATHER about your own personal walk with HIM.
